When you wash your hands, give your lenses a little lather then rinse, shake off the excess water, and let them air dry. The soap leaves a film over your glasses that prevents them from fogging up. Start by using mild hand soap, if that doesn’t work, you can try dish soap. This won’t damage the coating of your lenses or the hinges of your frames.
